We first heard about Uncle Mohan from my gownmaker, Kathy Foo from I am A Bride. She met him at a Bridal Fair and found him an honest man who makes suits for a living. It was just coincidence that we met Uncle Mohan's son here in January 2012.
We visited his booth for a while and took down his contact no. We then visited Uncle Mohan at his humble abode in Damansara Kim near one of our usual haunts, Euro Deli.
We then learnt that Uncle Mohan's been making suits for the past 10-20 years and his clients include our ex Prime Minister Tun Mahathir.
Uncle Mohan's very efficient. He needs only 2 weeks to make a suit. He also sells matching bows, sashes and handkerchief.
We decided on the "James Bond' classic look and made these :
