Perhaps the most iconic venue to have a wedding and/or private registration of marriage (PROM) in Malaysia will be Carcosa Seri Negara. Carcosa at one point in time was rumoured to be closing down. Fortunately, it was taken over by the Saujana Group and remained opened.
I had 2 friends who had their PROM there this year 2012 and it costs them less than RM10,000.
