I know of Hebe Leng because she was my friend's MUA and I was quite impressed with her work. My friend looked great.
I later found out that she was the MUA for celebrity Belinda Chee as well. She is now very popular since Belinda blogged about her and I am not surprised.
Just look at her portfolio and you will understand why.
